3. Register name
Tampere Sports & Expo Oy’s visitor register.

4. Purpose of processing personal data
Visitor registry information is collected from the information provided by the visitor during visitor registration. The registry information is used for visitor marketing, visitor counting, and conducting visitor surveys for the event. Customer information from the registry can be used for visitor profiling, electronic direct marketing, and targeting marketing activities in future similar events as well.

If the registered individual does not provide the requested information related to event registration, the data controller cannot accept the registration of the individual or commit to the agreement between the data controller and the individual regarding participation in the event.

5. Register Data Content
Visitor’s contact information and other event-specific profiling data, as well as event-specific timestamps.

6. Data transfer
Tampere Sports & Expo Ltd. may also outsource the processing of personal data to external partners. If an exhibitor has read visitor information from a badge at their own booth, we will transfer registration details to the exhibitor based on these visitor scans. Data may also be transferred to the exhibitor if the visitor has registered for the fair through an invitation sent by that exhibitor.

7. Personal data retention period
Personal data is stored to enable visitor access to the event and to carry out marketing for future similar events. If a visitor requests the deletion of their data before the event they have registered for, their registration for the event will also be cancelled. The personal data in the visitor register will be deleted once the specified retention period has elapsed.

8. Regular Data Sources
Register connection and customer information are obtained when the visitor registers.

9. Regular data disclosures and data transfers within and outside the EU
Data from the visitor register will not be disclosed or transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

10. Register protection principles
Only specifically designated employees of the data controller and employees of companies acting on behalf of and on behalf of the data controller are entitled to access and modify customer data in the system containing customer information. The access rights are limited to information necessary for the performance of the person’s duties.

Employees handling customer register information are bound by confidentiality. Information is disclosed to third parties only due to legal reporting obligations, such as at the customer’s request or at the request of an authority based on law. The system is protected by technical solutions.

11. Data subject’s right of access
The data subject has the right to access the personal data stored in the register and to receive copies of them. The request for access must be made in writing and addressed to the party responsible for register matters (see point 2).

12. Correcting data
The data controller shall correct, delete, or supplement any personal data in the register that is incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete, or outdated for the purpose of processing, either on its own initiative or at the request of the data subject. The data subject must contact the person responsible for registry matters at the data controller in writing to have the data corrected (see section 2).

13. Right to object to processing
The data subject has the right to object to the data controller processing their personal data for direct marketing, distance selling, and other direct marketing, as well as market and opinion research, as well as for personal registers and genealogy. The objection must be made in writing and addressed to the data controller (see section 2).
